SMaRT Design and Print has been awarded a prestigious commission by the UK Faculty of Public Health (FPH). The professional body which lobbies government on public health issues, has commissioned SMaRT to design their high profile, four yearly manifesto which will be distributed to national and international policy-makers this month.
Social enterprise, SMaRT Design & Print, is based in the Edenfield Centre, a medium secure unit in Prestwich, Greater Manchester, and was set up to provide patients with an opportunity to get involved in a real business and develop their work skills. FPH’s brief was complex and involved multiple version packs accompanied by personalised marketing. The commission also included working with mailing lists and distributing the promotional pack.
SMaRT Design and Print Manger, Astrid Johnson said: “This job was a fantastic opportunity for our team to work on. I feel proud that we delivered such a creative and professional solution within time and budget.”
Lindsey Stewart, Head of Health Policy & Advocacy, FPH said:
“We were very happy with the simple, clean, but striking design. The leaflets look great. SMaRT Print and Design have done a fabulous job on this and it’s been a real pleasure working on them. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”
